All orders are sent via USPS and there is a shipping fee added at checkout and we will provide a tracking number. We ship internationally as well.
Our orders do not require a signature on delivery please make sure the address you order your parcel to has adequate security as we cannot be held responsible for any parcels that are stolen.
Any parcels that are returned to sender and need to be re-shipped will be at the cost of the customer.
We hold no liability if you provide us with an incorrect postal address.

If your country requires you to pay an import tax you are liable to pay this. Please be familiar with your country's import tax requirements prior to ordering.
Production time varies based on a variety of things so please contact us for more details in regards to your specific design.
The production timeline will also be based on the date of when measurements are received. Before beginning the process, we will finalize all design details before any production begins. Minimum production is 10-12 weeks for bridal gowns and separates and 10-14 days for fur and feather accessories.
Rush orders are welcomed, but will result in a rush order fee. Please note even though the dress will be made to measurements, additional alterations might be needed locally to achieve the desired fit of the client. Please plan accordingly. We are happy to provide you with a list of tailors we recommend in your area.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
The most important thing to us at JANA SOFIA BRIDAL is that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase.
Our policy lasts 7 days which should give you plenty of time to return the garment. If 7 days have gone by since the date you purchased your non-custom garment, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. There will be a 15% restocking fee applies to your return.
Please understand that all bridal dresses are NON-REFUNDABLE as well as any custom orders. Like any other bridal boutique, we do not accept returns on any wedding dresses.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be returned within 7 days of delivery. Your item must be in it's original condition, unworn, unwashed, unmarked, unaltered and undamaged. Item must come with the original swing tags attached. Any garment returned that is stained, dry cleaned or damaged unfortunately will not be refunded or exchanged.

Please note JANA SOFIA BRIDAL reserves the right to refuse to refund, provide an exchange or credit note should the garment not meet our requirements stated in this policy.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it and how we will proceed.
If you meet our returned garment standards your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 business days minus the 15% restocking fee. You will be notified by email as soon as we process your refund.
Please note any costs for postage to send the garment back to JANA SOFIA BRIDAL will be incurred at the customer’s expense. We advise sending a tracking number to ensure the item is not lost.
All custom items cannot be returned and are NON-REFUNDABLE. Due to the custom aspect of the customer's design specs and measurements, and we cannot accept refunds.
For all Custom Haute Couture Orders there will be a specific contract. By choosing to work with us, you agree to all shop policies and fully commit to the process. Here at Jana Sofia Bridal we are very passionate about our work and strive for the best quality and customer service.
If something happens to be wrong with your order, please let us know within 3 days of receiving your item.
Should you need to exchange your item you have 14 days from the date of purchase. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org and a representative will advise you on the next steps.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
You will be notified by email as soon as we process your refund. If you haven’t received the refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
